It embodies a veritable revolution in the world of French artisan gins. Distilled in limited series, in ‘Small Batches’ production in the distillery’s swan-neck stills to ensure superior quality, it stands out for its boldness and modernity.
The secret of its uniqueness? The incorporation of a liqueur, the exquisite “Liqueur Pure Folie” that we introduced in a previous post. This astonishing strawberry and spiced liqueur gives it a delicate pink colour and a profusion of red fruit flavours, creating a taste experience unprecedented in the history of gin.

Chenin, the emblematic grape variety of the Upper Loire Valley, enriches the liqueur with incomparable vivacity, while a subtle selection of spices, mint and ginger round off the composition. A cocktail idea concocted by the distillery
You will need:
- 4cl of Pure Folie Gin
- 1.5cl of Elderflower Syrup
- 0.5cl of Absinthe “Entêté”
- 3cl of Lemon juice
To prepare, simply…
- Refresh your glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the ingredients in the right order.
- Shake
- Reserve the ice cubes and pour the mix into the glass.
