COMBIER Pure Folie Liqueur — Strawberry & Chenin is a French strawberry liqueur built on a distinctive structure: Loire strawberries layered over a Saumur Chenin white wine base, with mint, ginger, warm spice, and white chocolate notes. At 31% ABV, it is much stronger and more resilient than standard fruit liqueurs, making it a reliable cocktail modifier rather than a simple sweet cordial. Officially developed with one year of R&D, it is also known for its signature balance in a spritz format: liqueur with sparkling wine and sparkling water.
Culinary affinity: Best used for dessert-style and elegant high-end cocktail pairings. The 31% structure supports classics like Pure Folie Spritz and lighter sour/fizzy cocktails, and it can also bridge well into rich, fruity, or herb-forward desserts without collapsing into one-note sweetness.
