SHOCHU REPUBLIC Barley Bunny is a premium Japanese barley shochu with a clean grain-forward character, distilled to 25% ABV (720 ml) by Beniotome Shuzo in Fukuoka Prefecture. It combines a rich cereal aroma with a neat, dry finish and a naturally drinkable balance.
Culinary affinity: Structural pairing references include grilled fish, charred chicken, soba or ramen-style dishes, and Thai dishes with moderate spice where a soft cereal sweetness helps round the palate.
