SHIROI Chardonnay
SHIROI CHARDONNAY is a milk-based fruit liqueur from SAKURAO Brewery and Distillery (formerly Chuugoku Jozo) in Hiroshima. Made with domestic chardonnay ingredients, raw milk, and sweetened condensed milk, it is a 6% ABV, 720ml sake-compatible style liqueur with a light creamy texture and gentle fruity sweetness. It is designed to be easy to serve and versatile in mixed drinks and dessert-style applications.
Culinary affinity: The soft, smooth profile works well with cheesecake, light cream desserts, fruit tarts, and cakes, as well as mild savory pairings like grilled chicken, sautéed fish, and gentle Thai curries. It is also suitable for sparkling pairings with wine or champagne and chilled milk-forward cocktails.
