SHIROI LYCHEE / LITCHI is a creamy Japanese fruit liqueur from Sakurao Brewery & Distillery (Sakurao B&D) in Hiroshima, made with lychee fruit and dairy texture components in a soft 6% ABV format. Presented as part of the Kawaii “white” series, this 720ml expression has a smooth, silky, mousse-like finish often described as a “liquid panna cotta,” with ripe lychee sweetness balanced by rich creaminess and gentle floral depth.

Culinary affinity: Best served chilled, it pairs beautifully with fruit tarts, mousse, panna cotta, tiramisu, Thai desserts, and creamy desserts. It also works in light cocktail formats, especially when balanced with sparkling wine, milk-based mixers, or citrus and floral modifiers.
