SHIRAKANE-NO-TSUYU

SHIRAKANE-NO-TSUYU is a Kagoshima sweet potato shochu made with white koji and sweet potato, a longtime local favorite enjoyed as an evening drink. At 25% ABV and 900 ml, it has a smooth, aromatic, easy-to-pair profile with gentle complexity from its ingredient balance.

Culinary affinity: Its clean body and soft sweetness work well with grilled fish, sashimi, mildly marinated meats, tofu dishes, and Thai preparations with light chili or herbs. It also pairs nicely with warm-water dilution or highball-style serving where a rounded citrus/earthy shochu character is desired.
