Taste
Despite a tight and structured framing, remains juicy and supple. The body is chiseled, delicate and silky thanks to ripe tannins. There is also a reminiscence of a cherry stalk.
Pairing
Red meat – Duck breast (Magret) or Duck Confit – Grilled chicken. Japanese cuisine: duck roast, yakitori with tare, beef tataki and mushroom sukiyaki. Thai cuisine: charcoal-grilled pork or chicken, a mild duck curry, mushroom stir-fry and a light Massaman curry.
