At the table

Pairs naturally with light dishes across Japanese, Thai and Western cuisine.

Its unoaked, fruit-forward style sits comfortably alongside lighter dishes that let fresh ingredients lead.

Japanese

  • Citrus-dressed white fish sashimi
  • Salt-grilled prawns
  • Seafood hand rolls

Why it worksThe citrus notes and light salinity in these dishes echo the wine's fruit character without overwhelming it.

Thai

  • Mild green curry
  • Light white fish preparations
  • Fresh herb and prawn rice paper rolls

Why it worksGentle spice and fresh herbs sit comfortably alongside the wine's unoaked freshness.

Western

  • Leek tart
  • Goat cheese
  • Salade niçoise

Why it worksClassic Provençal starters and salads, with their light salinity, complement the wine's fruit without competing with it.
