Gin Pure Folie is a strawberry gin from Distillerie Combier in Saumur, France.
Combier distils the gin in small batches in its historic stills. The producer describes a pale pink colour, a juniper-led gin character and a gentle strawberry note.
Combier adds its Pure Folie strawberry liqueur during the distillation process. This is the source of the gin’s strawberry character.
