Fragrance

Its bouquet is of great finesse, with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit with a delicate hint of peach.

Taste

Complex with a marked minerality. Fresh and lively, this Riesling Vieilles Vignes (35 to 70 YO) broadens and intensifies on the mid-palate. Perfect length on the palate, acidic and mineral.

Pairing

Classic pairings: seafood, pork, fish in creamy sauces, caviar, goat cheese and sheep cheese. Japanese cuisine: sushi with white fish, tempura, pork shabu with ponzu, grilled white fish and yuzu-miso dishes. Thai cuisine: steamed fish with lime, grilled prawns, som tam with moderate chili and herb-forward seafood; the bright acidity is useful with lime and fish sauce, but very hot chili should be restrained.
