Its nose is intensely scented, revealing notes of leather, sweet spices, tobacco, which gradually evolve into accents of garrigue, red fruits, eucalyptus and cinnamon.
Taste
On the palate, the attack is full and rich, highlighting the expression of sweet spices, including cinnamon, nice red fruit, leather and earthy tones. The finish extends with hints of caramel. This wine will gain finesse and complexity over time.
Pairing
Rib of beef, stew. Japanese cuisine: Wagyu yakiniku, lamb, duck roast and miso-glazed pork. Thai cuisine: lamb or beef Massaman curry, mu yang, gai yang and smoky Isaan-style grilled meats.
