Vivid fruit, chiselled definition.
Cuvée Rosé Brut 2020 is an organically certified Crémant de Bourgogne made entirely from Pinot Noir grown on vines more than 30 years old. Its vivid pink colour introduces bramble berries, Morello cherry and a fine line of brioche.
The grapes are hand-harvested in Molesme, three kilometres south of the Champagne boundary. Native yeasts, gentle oak influence and secondary fermentation in bottle build a fresh, precise rosé with persistent, finely textured mousse.

Scale1–5
BG wine structure estimate
Comparative profile within the Bacchus Global wine range.
Sweet bramble berries and Morello cherry lead, followed by a light thread of brioche and a subtle touch of oak.
Fresh and linear, with finely cut acidity, delicate mousse and a dry, lightly saline finish that keeps the red fruit precise.
Vibrant pink with an œil-de-perdrix glow and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles.
Before it reaches the glass
Temperature
Serve at 8–10°C so the red-fruit detail remains bright without muting the brioche notes.
Timing
Ready to drink now and best enjoyed by around 2028. Decanting is unnecessary; allow the wine to open naturally in the glass.
Glassware
Use a tulip-shaped Champagne glass or a good white-wine glass. A narrow flute restricts the wine’s aromatic range.
At the table
Red-fruit freshness, bright acidity, fine bubbles and a trace of brioche provide the structural basis for pairing.
The wine has enough fruit for richer fish and poultry, while its acidity and mousse refresh fried or lightly fatty textures. Gentle berry and brioche notes also connect with smoked, roasted and fruit-led dishes.
Japanese
- Tuna or salmon sushi and sashimi
- Prawn tempura
- Salt-grilled yakitori or roast duck
Why it worksAcidity and bubbles lift the oil in tuna, salmon and fried batter, while red-fruit tones meet the savoury depth of duck and grilled poultry.
Thai
- Pomelo and prawn salad, mildly seasoned
- Mild yam talay
- Grilled fish or a gentle massaman beef curry
Why it worksFresh acidity keeps seafood and coconut-rich textures clear. The rosé fruit supports mild spice and aromatic herbs without amplifying heat.
Western
- Charcuterie and terrine
- Smoked salmon
- Raspberry or red-berry tart with restrained sweetness
Why it worksBubbles cleanse cured or smoked richness, while bramble and cherry notes echo red fruit and the brioche tone links naturally with pastry.
From cellar to bottle
Winemaking
The grapes are picked by hand. Native-yeast primary fermentation is followed by secondary fermentation in bottle; a light oak influence adds breadth without obscuring the fruit.
