HEIWA CRAFT RED ALE is a Japanese craft beer from Heiwa Shuzo’s Heiwa Craft line, brewed in Wakayama with malt and hops only. The 5.0% ABV 330ml expression uses fully roasted-and-dried malt (“baked malt character”) for a warm caramel base, while keeping a restrained body that remains easy to drink. Its profile is clean and drinkable with a gentle red-amber hue and a subtle red-wine-like aromatic impression in the nose, making it suitable both as a stand-alone table beer and as a food-pairing option.

Culinary affinity: Its mild sweetness on the malt side and moderate body pair well with red-leaning savory dishes: liver preparations, grilled meats, soy-based sauces, mirin-glazed proteins, and gently spiced Japanese-style dishes.
