Airy, rich with not only fresh aromas of red and black cherries, almost of raspberries and floral notes similar to violet or rose petals.
Taste
The fruit intensity dominates without hindering the expression of its terroir, fresh, luminous and elegant. This is a wine which wood notes are discreet. Beautiful aromatic balance.
Pairing
Classic pairings: red meat, roast poultry, mushroom dishes, charcuterie and firm cheeses. Japanese cuisine: yakitori, kamo rosu, sukiyaki, grilled mushrooms and beef shigureni. Thai cuisine: gai yang, moo ping, nua yang and mild herb-led grilled meat dishes; avoid sharp chili-lime dressings.
