LAODI Brown Rhum is a premium Laotian agricole rum made from first-press sugarcane juice at LAODI’s Vientiane-area distillery in Naxone Village, Vientiane Capital. At 42% ABV, this classic brown profile is produced with a fruit-forward cane base, fermented in stainless tanks, distilled in a low-pressure stilling process, and matured in bourbon oak casks for at least three years in a tropical climate. The spirit stays clean and polished while offering honeyed sweetness, dried-fruit and tea-like depth, with maple, vanilla, coffee, nut and gentle spice notes on the close.

Culinary affinity: Its balanced sweetness and medium-bodied finish work well with grilled or roasted meat, smoked chicken, charred seafood, mild game, hard cheeses, and desserts like canelé, pound cake, chocolate pastries, or nut-and-fruit sweets. It can also stand in both neat and lightly mixed cocktail formats.
