Produced at LAODI’s Laotian distillery using 1st-press sugarcane spirit and a distinctive maturation system including fresh-sugarcane maceration before aging, it delivers a deep yet controlled profile: caramel, dark sugar, dried fruit, toasted oak, and warm spice notes with a rounded finish and restrained sweetness. This is a structure designed for drinking straight, with elegant highball service, and for pairings where rich sweetness can be integrated with savory food.

Culinary affinity: Its dense yet balanced profile works with grilled chicken, roast duck, smoked fish, dry-aged cheese, dark chocolate, and nut-forward or cocoa desserts. It also performs well with cigar-friendly settings and dessert pairings in premium backbar or after-dinner service.
