“Sato no Akebono Gold” (43% ABV) blends vacuum-distilled and atmospheric-distilled brown sugar spirits, each aged separately in oak casks, yielding a lustrous amber hue. Vanilla and caramel aromas give way to ripe apple and tropical fruit notes, followed by a silky-smooth palate of deep molasses sweetness and subtle spice. The finish is long, warm, and umami-rich. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of water to heighten its velvety charm.
