WAKA Minori is an autumn-inspired aperitif from Iwate’s Kanegasaki Yakusou Shuzo. Using homegrown herbs and local ingredients, it offers rich fruitiness, roasted notes of shiso and hojicha, and a sweet, candy-like palate. Red shiso and lavender scents rise after swallowing, with a firm bitterness and lingering, autumnal finish.
