Distilled in a stainless-steel, vacuum-style batch process, it is then rested in stainless tanks for up to two years to preserve a clean white-rum structure before being gently reduced with local pure water to bottling strength. The spirit is made without added sugar, color, or heavy flavoring, giving a bright, fragrant profile with fresh sugarcane notes, light citrus, subtle floral tones, and a crisp, dry finish.

Culinary affinity: This white rum works well as a crisp back-bar spirit for highballs, citrus-forward cocktails, or lightly spiced preparations.
