A sake brewery established in 1970. Through our sake making, we have come to value the fact that sake is a living thing. With this in mind, we believe that it is really important to respond to what is happening now in the moment. The end product is always an output of our response, but at the same time we are encouraged to deepen our experience and dedication to brew good sake that will make everyone happier.
