Taste
Smoky notes of sweet spices, ripe and tasty black fruits. Tender and elegant on the palate. An aromatic bouquet followed by a remarkable length.

Classic pairings: barbecue, grilled red meat, duck, lamb, herb-roasted meats and firm cheeses. Japanese cuisine: wagyu steak, sukiyaki, kamo rosu, grilled beef tongue and miso-marinated meat. Thai cuisine: massaman nua, nua yang, moo yang and lamb or beef stew with warm spices; avoid aggressive chili and sour heat.
