A fruity nose which reveals finely peppery & berries notes.
Taste
Delicate and fresh, almost like a “vin de soif”, “wine of thirst”. Ripe berries on the nose lead to a tangy. Very refreshing.
Pairing
Classic pairings: fine charcuterie, grilled pork, duck, lamb, red meat and rustic cheeses. Japanese cuisine: yakitori with tare, pork kakuni, sukiyaki, beef shigureni and grilled mushrooms. Thai cuisine: moo ping, gai yang, mild larb moo and massaman nua; savory depth works better than high chili heat.
