Taste

A round, fruity wine, with remarkable finesse. This wine is a prime example of Malbec’s propensity for finesse.

Pairing

Classic pairings: red meat, game, duck breast, slow braises, lamb and aged cheeses. Japanese cuisine: wagyu steak, sukiyaki, kamo rosu, beef shigureni and miso-glazed meat. Thai cuisine: massaman nua, nua yang, slow-braised beef and mild panang-style meat dishes; keep chili moderate to protect the tannic structure.

Vinification

The grapes are left intact for the vinification process and aged in 500 liter oak barrel (demi-muid) 18 to 24 months. Organic – Indigenous yeasts – Low Sulphite – Vegan
