Well balanced, it reveals intense length on the palate with delicate notes of oak ageing.

Classic pairings: duck, roasted poultry, delicate charcuterie, salmon gravlax, fresh goat cheese and lightly earthy dishes. Japanese cuisine: kamo rosu, chicken jibuni, lightly marinated tuna, yuba and dashi-led dishes. Thai cuisine: mild gai yang, moo nam tok and larb gai with controlled chili; avoid very hot or fish-sauce-heavy preparations.
