Round, expressive and greedy on the palate, with finesse and lots of freshness.
Pairing
Noisette of lamb with vegetable flan or duck breast with green pepper.
Vinification
Grapes destemmed then vinified 14 months in vats. Cabernet, Syrah and Grenache are aged 12months in oak barrels (3rd generation).
