Taste
The attack is frank. Beautiful volume on the palate energized by nice bitters. Very rich honey flavor but still very dry. Lovely balance of honey lychee and ginger. Medium acidity. Very complex.

Rich fish (Salmon, Tuna). Charcuterie (Cured meat), pork, poultry. Mature and hard cheese.
