Fleshy, rich aromas of raspberry/red plum, fresh cedar, thyme and almost cinnamon- like wood spice.
Taste
In the mouth, the flesh is pulpy and generous. The fruit is present, rich and ripe. On the finish, the length is excellent, this wine never leaves you.
Pairing
Vegetable, salad, lamb, chicken rôti. Goat cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation using yeast native. Matured in new barrels for one year, then the best barrels are selected.
