The nose opens with sweet, bittersweet aromas of vanilla and dark chocolate. On the palate, silky sweet potato richness and tropical fruit notes meld seamlessly with subtle oak tannins. A touch of spicy warmth underpins a long, layered finish. Best enjoyed neat or over ice to reveal its intricate balance of sweet, bitter, and umami flavors.
