Fukuro-tsuri tobin-kakoii is a unique sake, created by collecting the natural drips from a sack of unrefined sake into a large 18L glass bottle, then aged at -2°C to preserve its exquisite flavor.
Crafted with Tateyama subterranean water, traditionally handmade, aged at -2°C. IWC 2024 Bronze.
