Young, Malbec expresses itself through characteristic aromas of plum, black fruit and tobacco. With age, it develops spicy notes of sweet pepper, cloves and even jasmine.

Beef teriyaki, rib of beef, duck fillets.
Vinification
Harvested at perfect ripeness to obtain maximum natural aromas. Vatting for 3 weeks, then run-off and malolactic fermentation in vats. Minimal addition of SO2.
