Aromas of crunchy fresh fruits: cherry, raspberry, blackberry, violet and forest.
Taste
Black and blueberry fruit, both juicy and crunchy, notes of green pepper and fresh humus which add to its complexity. Velvety tannins.
Pairing
Slow cooked stews, lightly spiced dishes, roast poultry, duck, cheeses (St Nectaire) and chocolate or coffee desserts.
Vinification
At the foot of the finest slopes of Saint Emilion, Château la Grangère enjoys the same privileged situation and standards of excellence as its neighbor Château Pavie, and the same meticulous care in its winemaking.
