Medium body. Fruity profile of red fruits. Pure, fruity, very shiny and tannins of great finesse. Well balanced, not too tannic, elegant acidic finish.
Pairing
Beef, veal, pasta. Salad too. Excellent for a meal.

10 months of aging, in barrels 20%, in tanks 80%. No added sulphite – Indigenous yeasts – Without enzymage, chaptalization, acidification, bonding or filtration.
