Taste
The mineral aromas blend perfectly with notes of citrus, honey and a slight touch of hazelnut. The richness of the terroir of this plot brings roundness and length.
Pairing
Its vibrancy resists the iodine from seafood and shellfish, and pairs well with fried fish, sautéed kidneys or goat cheese and comté.
Vinification
Manual harvesting. Aging in oak barrels (demi-muids of 600L).
