KOJI CLEAR (コージクリア) is a non-alcoholic Japanese fermented beverage produced in Akita using only rice koji, rice, and water. Developed by Es Inc. (Akita) and clarified after a dual-koji fermentation process, it is built with CK33 ama-kōji and AOK 1598 white kōji, resulting in a clear, crisp, lightly fruity profile with a gentle sweetness and soft acidity. At 0% ABV and with 15 brix or less, it is designed as a clean food-first drink and a versatile, refined mixer base with an understated Japanese-inspired character.

Culinary affinity: Best served chilled or as a non-alcoholic highball and cocktail base. It works well with sashimi, grilled fish, steamed chicken, miso-forward sides, mild curries, and citrus-led salads. Its clean finish also supports modern mocktail pairings that need freshness without cloying sweetness.
