To be served with rabbit fillets with mustard, a tenderloin of pork with maple syrup or andouillette and a plate of diverse vegetables.
Vinification
Elaborated on the heights of Savigny-Lès-Beaune, on a very stony terroir. The very good exposure of this plot gives a lot of balance and tension to the wines resulting from it.
