This Sauvignon is a fleshy wine, juicy, smooth and vibrant. Great concentration, acidity and intensity. Long finish. Excellent Pouilly Fuissé (BK, Vivino).
Pairing
Serve with a lobster, poultry in creamed sauce, goat cheese. Pasta, vegetarian, cured meat.
