Taste

Fruity profile of red fruits. Beautiful smooth on the palate, light tannins, long finish.

Pairing

Classic pairings: beef, veal, duck confit, duck breast, lamb, Mediterranean herbs and grilled vegetables. Japanese cuisine: wagyu steak, sukiyaki, kamo rosu, lamb with sansho and grilled mushrooms. Thai cuisine: nua yang, moo yang, massaman nua and herb-led grilled meats; avoid very hot chili so the wine’s mineral and herbal notes stay clear.

24 months of aging, 100% barrels.– No added sulphite – Indigenous yeasts – Without enzymage, chaptalization, acidification, bonding or filtration. Organic & Biodynamic cultivation
