A gentle rich bready aroma, imparted from the Chardonnay vinified in oak barrels and hints of floral and spicy notes throughout.

Taste

Smoky and tonic expression to Chardonnay, strengthened by Pinot Noir. Incredible length.

Pairs well with rich dishes such as risotto, lobster and creamy dishes.

Vinification

Cold vinification, cold settling at 4°C for 72 hours. Then vinification in oak barrels for 9 months, and on racks for approximately 3 years at a constant temperature of 11° C.
