Fennel, ginger, wild strawberry and rose appear on the nose. On aeration, notes of spice and licorice emerge.
Taste
Juicy red fruit – strawberry -, medium acidity, fine bubbles. Give it a bit of time in your glass and you’ll be wowed by its vivid red fruit playing ball with creamy minerality and lip-smacking acidity.
