“I am attached to the roots of the past, but looking to the future, in line with the generations that preceded me. I explore new interpretations of the terroir, favoring finesse, elegance and drinkability with a reduced breeding and consisting of only 25% of new wood perfectly integrated and controlled. A balanced wine between a complex slightly spicy nose, a crunchy fruit and a velvety palate, melted tannins. The promise of a wine both ready to drink on the youth and endowed with a formidable potential of guard. In 2018, our work was rewarded by the referencing of our Cuvées by the Chef Sommelier of the Palace of l’Élysée.” A word from Winemaker Benjamin Hessel
