Journey of JUYONDAI and Its Perfect Debut in Thailand

The most famous and hard-to-find sake JUYONDAI. This exquisite sake has finally arrived in Thailand officially for the first time! The first container of official imports left Yokohama and arrived at the port of Bangkok via Laem Chabang, Thailand, where it underwent strict customs checks and was brought into a bonded warehouse. After that, it was transferred to our warehouse by our specialized freezer trucks. During this time, temperature changes are kept to a minimum for approximately 2 hours, achieving thorough temperature control at minus 6.5 degrees Celsius.

We take the greatest care to control the temperature so as not to spoil the delicate flavor of our sake. In particular, JUYONDAI is sensitive to temperature changes and must be strictly controlled at minus 5 degrees Celsius or lower. For this transport, we have succeeded in maintaining perfect quality thanks to our highly experienced staff and advanced freezing and refrigeration equipment.

This establishes a consistent cold chain from the brewery (Takagi Shuzo in Yamagata Prefecture) to our customers, allowing us to deliver the highest quality and flavor, identical to drinking it at the brewery itself.

JUYONDAI has attracted many sake lovers with its unique aroma and deep flavor. Its fruity aroma and delicate flavor are unforgettable once you try it.

We are pleased to announce that in November, we will be hosting JUYONDAI launch events at Sushi Saito at Four Seasons and Kinu by Takagi at Mandarin Oriental. These renowned establishments are known as some of Thailand’s finest Japanese restaurants, loved by many customers for their top-quality ingredients and refined techniques. These events will mark the first collaboration between these esteemed restaurants and JUYONDAI, offering a special culinary experience.

We invite you to fully enjoy JUYONDAI at the same quality as direct from the brewery, paired with exquisite cuisine. The JUYONDAI varieties that will be served include:

  • JUYONDAI Red Label, Black Label, and Gold Label
  • Non-vintage N by Hidetoshi Nakata and Vintage N by Hidetoshi Nakata
  • JUYONDAI Ranbiki-Shu

The brand names have been modified for export use to be more easily understood by non-Japanese speakers. To maintain JUYONDAI’s luxury and aesthetic appeal, specifications are not disclosed.

As seating is limited, we recommend making reservations early. For inquiries or reservations, please feel free to contact us through our website or directly with each restaurant.

Our staff eagerly awaits your visit. (Mr.Bacchus)
