Flavorful sparkler with pronounced white cherry and orange blossom, apricot and brioche-like yeastiness.
Taste
« Surprising with freshness by its density and its Champenoise flavor with beautiful persistence. A discovery that will become a privilege. » (RVF Revue des Vins de France)
Pairing
Cuvée little dosed, perfect on an aperitif, as on a meal with shellfish, poultry, lean fish, appetizers and snacks. Cakes.
Vinification
Same method as in Champagne: fermented with native yeasts
in tank for primary fermentation, secondary fermentation in the bottle. Then aged 30 months in bottle.
