Founded in 1919, we are focusing on high -quality sake brewing ; making sake throughout the year with the low -temperature management equipment, washing and soaking rice by hand, and all tanks are made into a small capacity which is same size as Daiginjo to stick to the quality of Junmai better than the standard of Junmai. We care about the water to make our Sake. We use spring water pumped from deep mountains that takes 2 hours and sometimes we encounter bears. This episode can tell how much respect for nature in their sake. As a member of NEXT5, he is also enthusiastic about improving the technology, pursuing a new possibility of sake with its own sake brewing that combines tradition and innovation.
