Special sake pairing dinner to be held in seven cities around the world | Yamanashi Meijo Shichiken collaborates with French master Alain Ducasse
Shichiken, a famous Yamanashi brewery, and French chef Alain Ducasse, who have collaborated on a mutually respectful relationship of mutual trust to co-create new value between Japan and France, have announced that they will be holding a “Shichiken x Alain Ducasse World Tour of Fine Wine and Cuisine,” a dinner with sake pairings in seven cities. The first event of this tour will be held in Japan at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo, and reservations have been open since September 2nd.
The course menu includes four types of sake from Yamanashi Meijo Shichiken, as well as a pairing dinner of “sparkling sake” and “sustainable spirits” made in collaboration with Alain Ducasse.
This pairing dinner, which offers authentic French cuisine carefully tailored to the flavors of the sake, is a must-try for gourmets, as it allows them to discover new possibilities and flavors for sake.
